Shipping policy

At Mellable, we are dedicated to providing you with prompt and reliable delivery services.

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, but please allow 1–2 business days for processing. If you need to change or cancel your order, email support@mellable.com within 1 hour of placing it.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. You can expect your order to arrive within these estimated timeframes:

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
  • Europe: 6–9 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5–9 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs checks, carrier delays or public holidays. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Duties and Taxes

Import duties are included in your order, so you won't have to pay anything extra when it arrives. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is shown at checkout.

Important Information

  • Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll contact you for the correct address and resend it, but you may need to pay the extra shipping cost. Returned packages can take 4–6 weeks to reach us.
  • Undeliverable orders: If your order couldn't be delivered for reasons outside your control, we'll contact you for a new address and reship it for free.
  • Missing packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, email support@mellable.com and we'll investigate. If your order is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. If tracking shows your order was delivered to the correct address, we'll help you raise it with the carrier, but we can't be responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
  • Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, email support@mellable.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
